As we undertake all aspects of carpentry, building and property maintenance, we have all the expertise needed to build a home, a garage, a summer house or whatever it is that you would like. Recently we constructed a triple garage with an apartment on the first floor for a client in the east of the island. Some examples of the larger projects we have undertaken are given below:

New Construction - Ground floor triple garage, first floor apartment

The client wanted us to construct and finish a triple garage with a one-bedroom apartment above it. Please note this project is still ongoing and pictures of the completed project will be ready soon.

The roof was a bespoke design to fit the client’s wish to have a vaulted ceiling in the kitchen/lounge area but a lower flat ceiling in the bedroom and bathroom areas.

Gable end of the roof with view of the beam - this beam was left exposed in the kitchen/lounge area, as per the client’s wishes, and where the beam was cut off at the gable end of the building, the visible part of the beam was clad to make an exterior feature.

NEW PROJECT REFURBISHMENT OF FOUR NUMBER GARAGES.

Description of works replace all garage doors with new, Take of existing roof and replace and re cover, replace gutters and facias and decorate.
