Making the most of your house, creating a new space, getting a new perspective…we have been asked to undertake a number of loft conversion projects and offer a complete service from planning through to construction and internal finishing. Examples of our work are illustrated below (please click on a picture to see a larger version):
Loft Conversion, New-build House
The client wanted us to convert their loft-space into a habitable space comprising bedroom, dressing room and en-suite bathroom. Planning permission had to be granted before work could begin. Please note this project is currently in progress and pictures of the completed space are not yet available.
This boxed-in, inaccesible staircase was included in the house when it was first built, ready for the owner to convert their loft into habitable space later on if they chose to. Once planning permission had been grante, we opened up this staircase to allow access into the loft space.
